ErgoDwelling / Reviveorganic wants you to be confident in Gear Picks purchases, including Dual Monitor Arm Kits, Electric Sit-Stand Desk Frames, and Ergonomic Mesh Task Chairs. This Return Policy explains how to return eligible products within the United States.

Return window

Most unused items in original packaging may be returned within thirty calendar days of delivery. Custom-cut desk surfaces or special-order upholstery are final sale unless defective on arrival.

Condition requirements

Returned gear must be free of installation wear, stains, or modifications. Include all hardware, manuals, and accessories. Monitor arms and desk frames must not show drilled holes beyond test marks reasonably made during evaluation. Chairs must not have pet hair, odors, or ground-in marks on casters.

How to start a return

Contact help@reviveorganic.click with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without an authorization may be refused.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insured shipping with tracking. Large frames and chairs may require freight; we will advise on safe packing to avoid damage in transit.

Inspection and refunds

After receipt, we inspect items within five business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable except when we shipped the wrong item or a defect is confirmed. Partial refunds may apply if items show damage beyond normal inspection testing.

Exchanges

If you need a different size arm, frame width, or chair configuration, contact us before returning. When stock allows, we can exchange without unnecessary double shipping charges.

Defective or damaged items

Report carrier damage within forty-eight hours of delivery with photos of the box and product. Manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. This policy does not limit your statutory rights under California consumer laws.

Warranty

Monitor arms carry a twenty-four month limited warranty on mechanical components. Desk frames include a five year warranty on motors and frame, excluding misuse. Chairs include a thirty-six month warranty on mechanisms under normal home office use. Warranty service may require photos or video of the issue.

Studio purchases

Items bought in person at 643 W Maple Ave, Monrovia, CA 91016 follow the same return window with proof of purchase. Bring returns during studio hours listed on reach-us.html when possible to speed inspection.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us promptly. Once tracking is issued, the return process applies instead of cancellation.

Chargebacks

Please contact ErgoDwelling before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may delay future orders.
